REFUNDS/EXCHANGES
We are proud of the character and quality that comes with our small batch production.  Linen and cotton are natural fibers that gives the fabric a beautifully imperfect look and feel. This natural characteristic of the fabric should not be considered a flaw.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will issue a refund for full price merchandise. Before returning items you must get approval via email. Please email us at “hello@threadandwhisk.com” to notify us of your desire to return or exchange your purchase.  Please do not return packages without approval. Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt in unused condition and in original packaging. Any item that is not in the same condition as it was shipped will not be accepted as a return. All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned. Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

DAMAGES
If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact us immediately at hello@threadandwhisk.com.  All damages must be reported within 48 hours upon receiving your order.
